Your support has helped us start and fund a new after school study center, in association with a NGO – Seva Sahyog, for over 50 students from a slum area in Pune, for the entire year. The key objective of the project is to support the underprivileged children by providing an environment conducive for studying and their holistic development throughout the year. The annual cost of running this program is approximately $5,000.

Although, the basic functioning of the CHANCE Foundation sponsored study center started in October to catch up with the school year, a formal inauguration was done on November 20. One of our founding members, Jaydeep Kulkarni was present for this event in Pune. Jaydeep had the pleasure of meeting the children as well the volunteers first hand. Below are some pictures related to the event.

Our journey has just begun and we are very excited to pick up pace. Soon, you will be hearing about our next project, local community events and fun(d)raiser!. We welcome you to participate in the planning and execution of these events.
