Terms and Conditions

1. Competition is open to everyone, both professional and amateur artists, residing in United States of America and Canada only.
2. Entry form must be completed and duly signed by the Artist. In case of minors, the entry form must be certified by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Artist must submit their work as per their qualifying group’s guidelines.
4. Each art submission must include a copy of confirmation email with unique code.
5. Each entry must include a brief description of the image.
6. All submissions should be received before the deadline to be eligible for entry into competition.
7. CHANCE Foundation has the sole right to refuse any submission that is deemed inappropriate.
8. Each artist warrants that he or she has obtained all necessary releases from models and other subjects features in the works of art and any additional releases required with respect to names, trademarks, designs or works of art depicted in the submitted work of art and that the creation, display or distribution of the work of art will not violate any law.
9. Entries must be original works of art and not copies, derivatives or based in anyway on other copyrighted or published works of art.
10. Artist can submit only one artwork per entry as each entry has a unique numbers associated to it, but are allowed to submit multiple entries.
11. Each artist warrants that he or she alone created the submitted work of art.
12. Do not laminate, frame or mount your artwork.
13. It is recommended to not fold or roll the artwork as this could lead to creases and wrinkles.
14. Artwork should not have name or signature on the front.
15. Judges decision is final.
16. All entries will become the property of CHANCE Foundation. Credit will be given to the artist for their work.
17. Artwork will not be returned to the artist/owner.
18. CHANCE Foundation shall have the right to display accepted work and reproduce accepted artworks for educational and promotional purposes in both printed and electronic form.
19. CHANCE Foundation is a non-profit organization. All proceeds from competition and from the use of the artworks will be used to empower underprivileged children.
20. Submissions of an entry to this competition implies acceptance of all above stated conditions.
