The lights have dimmed, the frantic activities have subsided and the sounds of excitement have quietened as Chance Foundation wrapped up its annual fundraiser – Love Story…Ghar Se – a fun filled, bollywood musical with drama, live music, dances, vibrant costumes and phenomenal sets with a heartening Indian wedding bonanza as the finale!

The stupendous success of the event has however super charged Chance board, members, volunteers and supporters as they realize that many innocent and deserving young lives will be changed with the collected funds! The success of this event had one magic ingredient – dedicated volunteers. Our exceptional and talented group of 60+ participants and backstage crew, our very generous sponsors and donors, our artistic silent auction contributors, hard-working event helpers (amongst many those who fed the participants during rehearsals, those that managed the event logistics and the one who captured all the moments forever ) and our super enthusiastic supporters cannot be thanked enough for their unflinching commitment and support!

While the list of thankyous is long and we are forever indebted to all who helped in different capacities, a very special call out to all our performers – majority of these individuals have full time professional and never-ending personal commitments with young families – and yet they spent hours, days, weeks and months preparing for the event. No-one received any remuneration and yet everyone went above and beyond to support the cause. This is your success and we thank you for it!

The conclusion of the event does not mean end of our work. It marks the beginning of our commitment as projects are undertaken for the cause that brings us all together. We are counting on your continued support as this work carries on. In the mean-time Chance Board wishes all of you a peaceful and happy 2018!
