Vaibhav Sathe

Board Director

Vaibhav Sathe lives in Eden Prairie with his wife Shilpa and son Nishant. He currently works as Director at United Healthcare in Minnetonka, MN. Vaibhav holds MBA in healthcare from St Thomas University and master’s in computer management from Pune University. In his spare time, he likes to play Cricket as his hobby and like to spend time outdoors with his family. Vaibhav is originally from Nashik, INDIA and in US since year 2000. Last 15 years he is in Minneapolis serving many fortune 500 companies. He has prior experience in working with other Nonprofit organizations within twin cities and is founder member of EPIC Cricket Club.

Vaibhav feels spending a good portion of his time giving back to the community, utilizing his experience and skill sets. He was impressed to learn about Chance and the tangible improvements that this organization is making on children’s lives. He was particularly attracted to this organization because of his affinity towards India and saw the need first hand. He is honored to serve on the Board of Chance foundation and looking forward to contributing for its growth
