Jyoti is ambitious, enthusiastic and embodies entrepreneurial spirit which she gets from her entrepreneur parents. Also passionate about technology and solving problems, she works in the IT field as a Reporting and Analytics Specialist Consultant currently working at Securian Financial. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Central Missouri. Jyoti has been living in MN for the last 7 years and has been involved with various local nonprofit organizations as a volunteer. She calls MN home and lives in downtown St Paul with her rescue cat Meow.

Causes related to animal rescue, children and young women’s mental health are the closest to her heart hence she also actively supports and works with animal rescue and adoption; she has recently also joined India Association of MN as an Associate Board of director. Jyoti strongly believes that every child deserves an equal opportunity to build a bright future regardless of their financial and social status. Education being the most basic and important tool to empower a child, Chance’s mission resonates with Jyoti.

She enjoys learning about spirituality, Indian culture/history and philosophy. With her learnings she also likes to share and promote ways of healthy physical as well as mental lifestyle. She is an outdoorsy and extroverted person who loves to travel and finds peace in nature. She also occasionally writes poetry and performs for events in MN.
