Chance turns 3!
The organization has survived its terrible 2s phase, and marked its third anniversary in July 2018. Just kidding; last year was rewarding and Chance built further on the success of its first two years. Chance now funds study centers in 7 locations through India with a total of 541 students enrolled. On a recent trip to India, Chance member Lalit Singla, visited one of the study centers, run by CSSAR at Ankir Vihar in Faridabad, Haryana. Lalit and other members from his corporate team distributed school supplies and had a fabulous experience meeting an exciting group of around 100 kids who shared their ambitions of becoming teachers, dancers, and singers. They also met five dedicated teachers who were very appreciative of all the difference Chance Foundation continues to make in the lives of these kids. Parents in the village appeared to have a lot of trust in the center and consider it an integral part of the community. New board directors/members were added
Chance Foundation continues to increase its footprint in Minnesota. New board directors/members were added to the Foundation on its annual meeting on August 5th. While new members bring diverse, rich experiences to the group, they are united in their desire to contribute to Chance’s mission of expanding opportunities for underprivileged children.

Walk for CHANCE
Coinciding with a new school year, Chance Foundation kicks off its fundraising with the annual ‘Walk of Chance 5K Walk/Run’ on Sunday, September 16th at the Purgatory Creek Park in Eden Prairie, MN. Join in this fun event, invite your family and friends and run/walk on a beautiful Minnesota Fall morning while raising funds for kids in need.

Date/Time: Sunday, Sept 16, 8:30-9 AM- Registration; 9:00 – 10:30 AM – 5k Run/Walk

Registration Fee – Children (12 years and Under) $10 ; Older than 12 years – $20
